According to the latest data released by Peru's national energy regulator Osinergmin, Pluz Energía Perú S.A.A. — CSG's first overseas listed power distribution company — has ranked first nationwide in two key indicators: the system average interruption duration index (SAIDI) and the system average interruption frequency index (SAIFI).
It's Pluz Energía Perú's vision to become the best power distribution company in Latin America and it has implemented a "risk classification control + rapid emergency response" mechanism. This has boosted fault response efficiency by 40%, significantly reducing outage duration. As a result, the number of customers affected by medium-voltage outages dropped 9% year-on-year, while outage duration decreased by 15%.
The company also strengthened equipment management. In the first half of 2025, the failure rate of main transformers in substations fell by 23%, and line failure rates dropped by 14% year-on-year.
